can be introduced to surface key perceptions of others for additional clarity.

Strategy-Focused Coaching, is designed to integrate individual and organizational
change into a single effort. This is often called for when leaders need to strongly
consider the organizational context and dedicate their efforts to develop in
relationship with addressing the strategic challenges for which they are responsible.
In this engagement, coaching is seen as a way to drive organizational change
through individual development, and help a leader pick up on both tangible and
intangible levers to effective planning and execution – at the same time

Individual Transition Coaching Sessions is offered through our Career-Life Changes
division. The focus of this Individual Coaching is YOU IN TRANSITION. By coaching
in this exact format to fit your needs, you will receive individual attention
and customized research that specifically target the areas of career and life
which intrigue you and are unique to your situation – this at very reasonable
rates. You can enroll in this coaching program on a month-to-month basis or by
