Supervision Effectiveness Youth Leadership

These programs, customized to an organization's needs, usually require about 2.5 hours weekly for 8-12 weeks as a group or if individually coached. It is possible to fashion this in a 3 day retreat setting. At the heart of these programs is facilitated action planning around personal, professional and organizational goals. Follow these sessions, we conduct three follow-up sessions - 3 months apart - to reinforce the action planning process.
